Your Story, Our Voice. Amplified
My Core Principles for the Term
Amplification: My role is to take the diverse, collective graduate stories—YOUR STORY—and use strategic, evidence-based communication to make it OUR VOICE, AMPLIFIED to the administration and employers.
My Principles
Deep Belonging: We reject high-volume, generic social events. I will prioritize high-value, low-energy-demand connections that focus on professional networking and peer support to address the unique concerns (family, career pressures) of the graduate cohort.
Strategic Certainty: We must reduce the psychological burden caused by administrative responsibility and legal uncertainty (Our Study Status). My approach focuses on delivering clear, proactive resources, making International Graduate Students feel like valued, permanent members of the graduate community, not "invited guests"
My Strategies
Implement a continuous digital feedback mechanism, the "Voice-Vault", to collect prioritized, quantifiable data on International Grad Students pain points. This ensures our advocacy for budget and resources is always policy-driven, not anecdotal.
Goal 1: Reduce Administrative Uncertainty. Advocate for policies that address the stress of legal status and post-graduation pathways with proactive solutions.
Strategic Advocacy
Professional Elevation
Goal 2: Solve the Career Development Obstacle. Empower every student to translate their academic research and specialized skills into compelling, professional narratives.
Lead recurring "Analytical Mindset Workshops" that leverage my background as a copywriter to help students craft solution-oriented, data-backed portfolio and professional stories.
